Glossary

Every word The Hill uses, in one line each.

WordWhat it means
HillA coin. Every coin on The Hill is drawn as a hill with its holders standing on it.
HeightHow far a holder is above or below their average buy price. Up means profit.
Break-even lineThe dashed line round the hill. Above it you're in profit, below it you're underwater.
KingThe holder with the biggest profit in dollars. Holds the flag at the top, wears gold. Free bags can't be king.
MartianYou, on the hill. Your character, built on your first login.
FlagA badge on a holder that says what kind of wallet they are: sniper, bundled, airdrop, whale, diamond hands and so on.
Average entryThe price you paid, averaged over every buy and sell you've made in that coin. Your height uses this.
BundledSeveral wallets buying in the same block, usually one person splitting a buy to look like a crowd.
SniperA wallet that bought in the first seconds after a coin launched.
Airdrop / No buy seenA wallet that holds the coin but never bought it. Free bag, pure profit, can't be king.
DevThe wallet that created the coin, or one it funded.

$HILLThe Hill's own coin. Where two thirds of every fee ends up.
PinAn achievement on your profile: First Flag, Rug Dodger, Diamond Visor and so on.
ThesisA short note a trader attaches to a position: why they're in. Shows on the hill.

Bubble mapA picture of which holders share a source of funds. One blob of connected wallets is usually one person.
RugWhen the people behind a coin pull the liquidity or dump their supply and the price collapses.

Memecoins can go to zero. The Hill shows you what's on the chain; what you do with it is yours. Risk warning

Memecoins can go to zero. Only climb with money you can afford to lose.
