Terms of use
Draft
These terms are a plain-English draft and will be replaced by a reviewed version before launch.
The service. The Hill (hill.cash, app.hill.cash, docs.hill.cash) is a software interface that shows public blockchain data and lets you submit transactions from wallets you control. We don't hold your funds, we don't execute trades on your behalf, and we're not a party to any trade you make.
Your account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done through it. You must be old enough to enter contracts where you live, and you must not use The Hill where doing so is against the law.
Fees. We charge 1.5% of each trade, taken inside the transaction. Fees are shown before you confirm. Fees.
No advice, no guarantees. Everything on The Hill is provided as is. Data can be wrong or late. We don't guarantee the service will be available, accurate or free of errors, and nothing we show is financial advice. Risk warning.
$HILL. $HILL is a utility token used by the platform's fee mechanics. Rebates and burns depend on trading volume and are not guaranteed.
Acceptable use. Don't use The Hill to break the law, to manipulate markets, to attack the service, or to harm other users.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from trading, from blockchain or third-party failures, from data errors, or from your use of the service.
Changes. We may change the service or these terms. The current version is always here.
